The Pines ceremony space is located just a few steps away from the chalet, secluded and completely surrounded by giant 70ft pine trees and greenery. The Pines area also includes a platform and a hand-made tree trunk stand. Begin your new life together in one of the most beautiful outdoor locations in Kitchener.
Step out from Chicopee Hall or the Silvertip Lounge and you immediately experience the rolling hills of Kitchener on our rustic cedar deck. Enjoy your ceremony close to the chalet and watch as the deck transforms into an amazing outdoor space for having a cocktail and relaxing in the cool summer night. It's no wonder our couples love it!
The Silvertip Lounge is a rustic hall experience with a panoramic view of the north side of the hill. The hall includes its own two sided bar and a Summit Room located above the bar for the bride and guests. A dance floor is included with the hall along with a screen and projector. The fireplace accents the room and offers a variety of decorating options to make the room uniquely yours. The room seats up to 120 people.
With beautiful cedar ceilings, large windows overlooking the deck and hills, and sparkling white lights suspended in the air, Chicopee Hall is a fitting canvas for your dream reception. Chicopee Hall offers direct access to a double sided bar and plenty of room for a large dance floor. Chicopee Hall is the perfect room for the bride and groom who wants a truely custom experience for their guests. The room seats up to 160 people.
You transformed the room into a romantic candle lit vision! Laura was just speechless (and that doesn't happen very often) when she came in and saw the room all set up. The room was breathtaking! All our guests were just amazed with Chicopee. They raved about the atmosphere and the delicious food and service! From the beautiful room set up, the outside deck everyone loved, the amazing food and service during the cocktail hour and dinner service and all the drinks the bar tenders made and served. Everything was absolutely amazing!

We couldn't have asked for a better location to hold our wedding ceremony. As one of our guests said, there's just something magical about getting married in a forest. It definitely gave us the rustic-yet-elegant feeling we were hoping for, and we didn't have to drive all the way to the country to get it.

We couldn't have picked a better venue for our reception. The beautiful cedar ceilings, the wrap around deck, and the gorgeous scenery made this night magical for the both of us. The staff were very professional and courteous and made sure everything was perfect for everyone. All of our guests had the time of there lives and still mention to us how much fun they had. They all say "what a great idea chicopee was for a wedding". The price was very comfortable and the food was amazing!
